Severe decay, gum disease, or injury can result in a tooth that is too damaged to save and needs to be removed.
Wisdom Teeth Extractions
Wisdom teeth come in around age 18, but it varies depending on the individual.
The wisdom teeth may need to be extracted if they are impacted (not poking through the gum), interfering with your other teeth (causing you pain) or have become infected.
